Desiccated Coconut High fat Fine grade

The flesh of the coconut (also known as copra, copra) is grated, dried using modern specialized equipment. Finally, the product is sterilized and packaged according to the standard.

- Moisture: 3% max.

- FFA: 0.3% max.

- Fat content: 63%  min.

- Natural white Colour; Free from foreign matter.

- Free from bacteria as Ecoli, Sammonella.

- Flavour: Mild, fresh and sweet characteristic of coconut with no off-flavour and odour.

* Packing: By 02 or 03 plies Kraft paper bags with inner sealed polyliner (PE), PP outside, packing from 7 kgs to 50 kgs net/bag.
